This course is designed to train and guide University staff (including academic staff, professional services staff, and management) in taking actions that will enhance women’s involvement in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) programmes in Universities. The course was designed using the outputs from the W-STEM project that was undertaken by fifteen university partners from Europe and Latin America.

The materials in this course can be explored flexibly, or they can be used by Universities to develop an accredited course for the continuing professional development for their own staff (and others). To understand the learning outcomes and to get an overview of the learning activities for the W-STEM Course, see here.
